Scope
This Policy applies to personal information we collect online and in connection with applying for, obtaining, and servicing a Little Lake Lending short-term installment loan. It applies to visitors, applicants, and customers.
It does not apply to third-party websites we do not control, even if we link to them. If you follow a link away from our Site, the other site's privacy practices apply.
Our lending business is operated by Layma, LLC, a wholly owned economic-development entity of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria, a federally recognized Indian tribe. We follow this Policy, applicable tribal law, and applicable federal privacy and consumer-financial laws.
Information We Collect
We collect identity, contact, financial, credit, account, technical, communications, and verification information as described in Data Collection Practices. Please use that page as the detailed inventory of categories, sources, and purposes.
In summary, we collect information you provide (applications, documents, messages), information from your devices (logs and cookies), and information from service providers, consumer reporting agencies, and payment networks as needed to underwrite and service credit and to secure the Site.
If you do not want us to collect information that is optional for a given feature, you may decline that feature. Information required for a loan application or for servicing cannot be omitted if you want us to consider or maintain the account.
How We Protect
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Encryption in transit. The Site is served over encrypted connections using Transport Layer Security (TLS). You should confirm that your browser shows a secure connection before you enter an application or log in.
Access controls. Access to customer information inside our operation is limited to personnel and systems that need it to perform their work. Accounts used by our team are authenticated, and access is reviewed as part of our security practices.
Account credentials. Customer logins are protected with passwords and, where enabled, additional verification steps. You must choose a unique password and keep one-time codes private.
Service providers. Vendors who process personal information for us are expected to protect it and to use it only to provide services to us.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of lending data, and we will provide notices required by law if a security incident affects your information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.
Cookies & Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Necessary cookies. These support core functions such as page navigation, session management, load balancing, and fraud prevention. The Site may not work correctly if you block them.
Functional and analytics cookies. These help us remember preferences and understand how the Site is used in aggregate (for example, which public pages are visited) so we can improve content and performance.
Marketing cookies. If we use them, they help us measure whether a public advertisement or referral brought someone to the Site. They are not a license for us to sell your application file.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may log you out of the portal or prevent an application from completing. Do-not-track signals are not interpreted in a uniform way across the industry; our practices are described in this Policy rather than through an unstandardized header.
We do not allow third parties to use cookies on our Site to build a marketing profile that we then sell.
Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing.
We share information with service providers who process data for us, consumer reporting agencies, payment networks and your bank, tribal oversight bodies, and others as required by law or as needed to protect against fraud and to enforce our agreements. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a lawful legal process, to cooperate with a regulator with authority over our enterprise, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our company, the tribe, or the public.
If ownership or control of Layma, LLC's lending operations changes as part of a tribal-enterprise reorganization or similar transaction, personal information may transfer as part of that operation and remain subject to privacy commitments.
Children's Privacy
The Site and our loan products are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 to use the Site and to apply.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it except where we are required to retain a record of the incident. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has submitted information should contact us using the details below.
State-Specific Rights
Some states, including California, provide residents with additional rights regarding personal information.
California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information. You may have the right to request deletion of personal information, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to direct us not to sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly understood under the CPRA. You may still make a request so we can confirm our practices as they apply to you.
We will not deny goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA/CPRA right, except as the statute allows (for example, if a difference is reasonably related to the value of the data).
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request, subject to our need to verify both your identity and the agent's authority.
How to submit a request. Email CustomerService@GetLittleLakeLending.com or call 844-600-9939 and state that you are making a privacy request. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before completing the request. If we decline all or part of a request because an exception applies (for example, we must keep loan records), we will explain that at a high level.
Other state privacy laws may provide access, deletion, or appeal rights. Contact us and we will handle your request in accordance with the law that applies.
These rights do not allow us to erase information we are required to keep in order to service a loan, to prevent fraud, or to satisfy recordkeeping duties.

Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. If we make a material change, we will update the page and, where required, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice in your account). Continued use of the Site after an update means you have been informed of the revised Policy. If you have an account, material changes that require a new consent will be presented as required by law.
